The Lord is a Strong Tower

I hold you in my embrace.  Though you are flanked by worries and fears, I hold you in my embrace.  

I am a Tower, tall and strong.  I surround you with towers, walls and fences. You are fortified and protected. Only what I allow comes through. And I only allow what you can handle, but even then I fight the battles.  I hold you in My embrace with one arm and with my other hand, I hold my fiery sword.  With my right hand, I fight the battles and demolish the enemy.  

Stay in My embrace.  Even though the world may crumble, keep staring into my eyes.  Gaze at My countenance. That is where I want you, gazing at Me.  Keep your eyes on Me.

The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous run into it, and is safe. Proverbs 18:10
