For the Lord says, I am the Lord your God. You shall have no other before me. I am the shining light in your midst. I lead you and guide you through green pastures. I am your bounty.
Even what seems like deserts, I lead you with bounty to your left and right. The sun will not burn you and you will not thirst.
Nay, my child, my beloved, you will not lack. From my very hand will I feed you.
Never forget that you belong to me. You are mine. No one can take from me what is mine. Let them try and they will see my wrath. Let no one touch the hair of my beloved.
Wear my love like a crown. I have girded you with righteousness and strength. With confidence, reach for the gifts I have given you for they are many.
