Find Rest

For the Lord your God is bringing you into a good land—a land with brooks, streams, and deep springs gushing out into the valleys and hills; a land with wheat and barley, vines and fig trees, pomegranates, olive oil and honey; a land where bread will not be scarce and you will lack nothing; a land where the rocks are iron and you can dig copper out of the hills. When you have eaten and are satisfied, praise the Lord your God for the good land he has given you.
Deut 8:7-10

You may see strife on the horizon.  Do you see chaos and confusion around you?

Do not fret. Do not worry about the world around you.  It will not affect you.

Stay focused on Me.  Keep your eyes glued to Me.  Dive into my Word and meditate on it day and night.  Stay steady and steadfast.

Rest in Me.  In Me and only in Me alone, will you find peace.  I will take care of your every need.  I will bless you in this land.  So much so that others will marvel.

You will be a testimony to My good works.  You will glorify Me and testify of My great love.  I will not be robbed of the glory due My Name.  My Name will be glorified among the nations.

You are light set upon a hill.  I placed you there to proclaim My Name.  Come.  Join Me.  I bless you.  I provide for you. Find rest.

Harvest Time

“They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.”
Jeremiah 17:8

I see you. You’ve stayed strong and steadfast. Through thick and thin, you have not given up. You listened to my voice and obeyed even when you felt that it would slay you.

You plowed, planted and watered. You’ve watched and nurtured your harvest. I am pleased. Now look! It’s time for harvest!!

Get your vats ready for the harvests. Fill your hearts with gladness. Prepare for the feast.

For I am pouring out my blessing upon you and your household as a reward for your faithfulness.

I know there were times when it was not easy to follow Me. I never said it would be. But I have taken stock of the state of your heart. And I am well pleased with the remnant of childlike obedience I see there. The world sought to destroy your spirit, but you did not allow your candle to be snuffed out.

Open the doors to your home, I am filling it to overflowing. I love you my child.

Daughter, I am well pleased.

Daughter, I am well pleased.  I’ve asked you to search your heart and face the tough things you’ve carried.  The things that have hurt and scarred you.  And you have.  You’ve grown and made every attempt to become more like Me.  You are the essence of Me.  You exude My aroma, My grace and My love.  I am proud of you for standing and walking toward Me when I called.

My voice is sweet and dear to you.  I see it. I see it in your heart, in your eyes and in your mind.  I see your yearning and your desire for Me.  It makes My heart happy.

I am bringing you to a new place.  Do not be afraid.  You are ready.  I will hold your hand and I will lead you.  I will give strength to your legs and speed to your feet.

Look around, all around you.  I have given you this new territory (I saw a large platform of land carved into a tall mountainside overlooking a great valley that was lush with trees and greenery).  The territory is already taken.  It is already won.  The enemy is defeated.  Now go, take the territory.  Live in it.  Grow in it.  You will be blessed in it.

See daughter, I love you.  I bless you.  You are in My hands.  I will never forsake you.

“Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.” Psalm 51:10-13

Fear is a Trap

Son of my flesh,
It is My blood that runs through you.
It is My breath that gives you life.
It is My hand that leads you.

I have not led you out of captivity to be held in the trap of fear.
I have given you power, boldness and courage.
I have given you a sound mind
Reach out. Do you see? The trap is just an illusion. It’s not real.
Begin to stand up. Stretch out your arms and legs. Stretch out your muscles. Stand strong for I am the one that fortifies you.

Fear lurks and slithers around like a snake. Take your foot and smash it!

I give you freedom and joy. Live in it.

Lean in and Listen

Oh that My people would humble themselves and hunger for My voice. I would whisper sweet nothings in your ear. Lean in and listen.

I have sweet plans to tell you about. My plans for you are good. Do you believe Me?

I have encouragement for you to make it past the tough times. I have fellowship for you. Fellowship between you and Me.

I long for you. I long to bless you. Do you know why? Simply because I love you. Lean in and listen.

“But you would be fed with the finest of what; with honey from the rock I would satisfy you.” Psalms 81:16

Strong Tower

I stand at the gate of your tower. I will lay siege to your tower and bring down your gate.

(I saw the Lord in full armor on a white stallion. He was waiting at the gate of a tall tower.)

Let me in. Bring down your tower. Brick by brick demolish your tower. You don’t need it.

I am your protection.

I am your security.

I am your provider.

I am your strong tower.

I am all you need.

Rest in my arms. There is no need to worry or fear.

I am all you need.

Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me. Revelation 3:20

I See You

Daughter, I see you.  I see all of you.  I see even those places you thought you kept hidden from Me.

I see those places and I long to set you free.  Let Me into those places.

I bring light.  My light chases away darkness.  I bring freedom.  I come to set you free.

My freedom is joy, life, light, lightness and salvation.  Let Me rescue you.

Your heart has been heavy.  Laden with worry and fear.  Cast your cares upon Me.  I will take them and set you free.

Do you long for Me?

Do you long for freedom?

Do you long for joy?

Keep your eyes on Me.  Take my hand and let Me lead you.  I’ve got you.  Live in my embrace and never let go.

Truly, truly, you are Mine.  I will never lose you.

Truly, truly, I love you.  Your name is written on my heart.  My heart beats for you.

I am Coming

I am coming.

Do you see Me? Dressed in heavenly armor. Sword at the ready. Riding my stallion.

I am coming. (I saw the Lord riding quickly through a forest and hacking a path with His sword.)

You are weary from the woes of the world. Sit, relax and rest. I will take care of it. (I saw an image of a lazy boy recliner.)

I will take care of it. I will put this burden on My shoulders. I am more than able. My shoulders are wide and strong. Give it to Me.

Sit and Relax. I stand in front of you. I stand behind you. I protest your sides, even your blindsides. Trust Me to take care of it.

I have loved you from the start. I loved you at conception. I choose you even as I knit you in the womb. I have set you apart. From the start I have loved you.

Trust Me. I love you.

Jehovah Jirah

I am Jehovah Jirah.

You see emptiness. Your hands are empty; like a barren desert. Stop looking at the physical. You will always be disappointed and lacking.

I am Jehovah Jirah.

Look to me for abundance, for all that you need. You will never be disappointed or lacking.

Your hands will never be enough. You will always hunger and thirst.

I am Jehovah Jirah. Your provider.

I am the only One that can quench your thirst. I am the only One that can satisfy your hunger.

Run to Me. You will find rest and peace in My embrace. I will care for you and lead you to springs of life.

I love you. Run to Me.

“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30

Trust and Believe

You’ve been on a journey and you’ve been in the drivers seat. Why haven’t you let me in the car? Will you give me the drivers seat? Will you let me drive and lead? Will you surrender? Will you get in the back seat? Lay down and rest. Trust me to lead and plan the journey. I have your best interest at heart. I love you son.

Trust and believe. I will not let you down.
Trust and believe. I will not fail you.
Trust and believe. Fear has no grip on you.
Trust and believe. I will guide you.
Do you believe?

being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6
